When looking at bags and trolleys there are several things to look for. First and foremost you need to decide whether you want a trolley bag. Trolley bags are usually heavier than golf stand bags and travel bags - they are wider and more heavy-duty, but nonetheless come with a shoulder strap for carrying to and from the car.

Whatever kind you choose, it's important that your clubs don't bash around between dividers as the graphite shafts clubs can easily become scratched and damaged. Be sure your bag has soft PVC or leather dividers to prevent this.
