Links course finders
While the term links is often used to refer to any golf course, technically a links course refers to the type of soil and terrain on which it is built. Links courses originated in Scotland - the word refers to any rough grassy area between the sea and the land - and most of the historical courses in Scotland are links courses.
Links courses are popular because they drain well and provide a good golfing surface year round. So to find the very best in links courses, refer to our course finder.
